Infinity Finance Corp Limited Terms and Conditions

I. INTRODUCTION

From hereon out, Infinity Finance Corp Limited shall be addressed as "Our Company" , "We" , "Us". Our clients shall be addressed as "Our Clients" , "You" , "Members". We would like to request you to check back on this page from time to time to keep yourself updated to the rules and regulations of our company. We will not be held responsible if you fail to comply with our terms and conditions due to lack of knowledge thereof. Please read and comprehend this article for your guidande.

II. REGISTRATION

Prior to registering for an account with us, you are given a link to this page so you can read the terms and conditions of our company. If you ignored the link and signed up anyway, you are implying that you have already understand the terms and conditions and that you are to abide by all that is written on this page.

Even if you did not read this page, you are agreeing that you have agreed to it when you become an official member. You will be responsible for your own actions and you have been guided accordingly by this article.

During the registration process, you are required to enter accurate and valid information on the registration form. We will use this information to verify your account when and as needed. Due to several possible reasons in the future, we will need to verify your details using the information stored on our system. You will need to memorize or save your details somewhere for your reference when that time comes.

III. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS TRANSACTIONS

Financial transactions on our website include deposits, withdrawals, commissions and other transfers and or any transaction in monetary form, be it in e-currency or in actual currencies. Because our website system has automatic deposit features, this does not mean that depositing in all payment processors we accept will add the deposits instantly.

You agree and understand that we can only accept withdrawal requests of $0.50 minimum. If your account balance is in multiple types of e-currencies due to different e-currecny type of deposits or commissions, you have to make sure that you have the minimum amount per e-currency type before proceeding with your withdrawal requests.

You agree that you know and understand that only PerfectMoney, Solidtrustpay, Bitcoin, and Payeer will have automatic activation of deposits upon transfer of funds. You also agree that deposits through Neteller and Skrill are not instantly added but in fact need to be checked and approved by the administration prior to activated.

You are also required to agree that you understand and comprehend that Bitcoin deposits (despite being automatic), will still need to receive at least 2+ confirmations in the Bitcoin network before our system activates the deposit in your account. You are also to agree that the Bitcoin transactions in our website are handled and convert to US Dollar value. When withdrawing Bitcoin, your US Dollar value will get converted back to Bitcoin value.

You agree that the fixed Bitcoin rate of $250.00 per 1 Bitcoin is in place and that you are not to complain today nor in the future of this rate. This rate does not make you lose amount of Bitcoins at all because the Bitcoin amount will grow no matter what.

We are not responsible for the loss of US Dollar value of Bitcoin deposits in any case the value of Bitcoin raises or drops. Your Bitcoin deposit gets converted to and from US Dollar value as needed (for deposits or for withdrawals).

You also agree that the return for our premium plan is credited every 24 hours from the time you have made your deposit. This means that if you deposit at 10:00am today, you will get credited with the return for that deposit at 10:00am tomorrow. That is exactly 24 hours. You also understand that the returns to your account will vary depending on the amount of deposit you make.

You must also agree that you understand and know in full sense that we 7 days a week. This means that we credit returns to your account during Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Withdrawal minimum is set at $0.50 or fifty cents. We have a global maximum daily withdrawal amount limit of $100.00 per member. However, this limit may be removed by completing a PDF form, printed and signed by you. Full details on this page "REMOVE LIMITS".

You must also agree that our company will process withdrawal requests anywhere within 30 minutes up to 72 hours or 3 days for a systematic reason. We validate and verify deposits matching with withdrawals before processing. We also only process withdrawals by batch manually or individually. This time frame is our safe zone for processing. We will require you to agree that you understand why you need to wait for some time before your withdrawal gets processed.

For withdrawal maximum, there is no maximum.

IV. REFERRALS & COMMISSIONS

You agree that your e-mail address will be shown to your upline or referrer via his member account panel for communication between you and your upline. This is used for tracking purposes and we provide it to your upline. You agree that you are going to use your username as entered in your registration form before signing up, as your referral link username.

We do not pay commissions to referrers who fail to participate in our premium plan at all. We have a very low minimum deposit amount, which we believe is a very small ticket to opening the opportunities for yourself to earn commissions from your downlines. You must know that, in order to market something, you must be part of it first.

You agree also, that the referral commission rate is 7.5% for all deposits made by your downlines or referrals. This rate is non negotiable and is the fixed rate we give our marketers and our members. You understand that the commission is only for direct referrals. We do not have a multi level referral program.

You understand also that deposits via payment processors are the only one that will earn you referral commissions. Please do not complain when your downline makes a deposits and you do not have an active deposit. Also when your downline makes a deposit from his account balance into our plan, you understand that you will not earn commission this way.

V. CUSTOMER SUPPORT TERMS

Due to the number of support requests we receive on a daily basis, we would like to request every single one of our clients to please limit the number of support requests by only submitting those that are not covered by our F.A.Q. page. Please be guided accordingly that most questions are already answered on our F.A.Q. page. Also note that if you are sending us an e-mail with an offer for marketing, monitoring and other things, we reserve the right not to reply wnen we are not interested. Please do not send us any SPAM pre-made emails. If you want a reply, please compose us a custom message. SPAM does not work for us.

Customer support response time will be a timely 12 to 36 hours. We are working hard on hiring more employees as customer support specialists. Rest assured that in just a few months, we will have a full blown customer support team in place.

VI. REFUND POLICY

Our company does not offer any refunds. Once a transfer is made, it is deemed final and irreversible. You agree to this upon registration. If you do not agree, please do not go any further and close this window. If a member disputes a transaction for no valid reason at all, the account responsible will be frozen.
